No. Come as you are, shaved that morning or not. Tell us at booking how often you shave and with what, and we'll plan around it.

The skin check alone is 20 minutes. Facials are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and a first visit with both is 60. Every service on the menu lists its own time.

Some clients come monthly and some a few times a year, often as the seasons change. We set the pace with you and write it on your card.

Yes, once, before your first facial. It's how we learn your skin and your routine. If you come back after a long gap, we start with a short check-in.

Tell us when you book. We may suggest a calmer visit or another day, and we'll say why.

The menu starts with shaved skin because that is who it was planned around. Anyone who likes a quiet room and a short, plain visit is welcome.

At booking we tell you what to pause, such as products that exfoliate. After the visit we go over your routine and what to avoid for a day. Our guidance is general, and we confirm it with you.

If you use a prescription skin medicine, have a skin condition a doctor is managing or are pregnant, ask your doctor before you book anything beyond a basic facial. Tell us at booking so we can plan around it.

Prices aren't printed on this site. They depend on the service, its length and any add-ons, and the booking page shows them when you choose a service, before you confirm. A first visit takes a deposit that goes toward it.
