Shave-day skin check
20 minA conversation about how often you shave and what you use, then a look at your skin under the lamp. Your esthetician writes your routine on a card. No facial.
Men's skin, by appointment
Whisker is a two-esthetician skin studio in downtown Littleton, taking new clients. Come on a shave day, lie back in a dim room and leave with a routine short enough to keep. Anyone who likes a quiet room is welcome.

Your first visit
About an hour, door to door. Nobody asks you to shave first, or to explain yourself.
Pick a service and a time on the booking page, or call. Say how often you shave and what you use. A first visit takes a deposit that goes toward it.
Suite B is at street level, off the courtyard on Main Street, with parking behind the building. Come five minutes early, shaved that morning or not.
A short conversation, then a look at your skin under the lamp. The facial follows: a warm towel, cleansing, a mask and a face and neck massage, at your pace.
Your esthetician writes your routine on one card, in three steps. Book the next visit at the desk, or whenever suits you.

Your routine
The card you take home says this, with your own products on it.
Cool or lukewarm water, a mild wash, and pat dry.
Moisturizer within a minute of washing, especially after you shave.
A moisturizer with sunscreen. The sun is strong here, even in winter.
Dry air
Colorado air holds very little water, and every shave takes off a little more of the skin's surface. With the heat on in winter, shaved skin can feel tight by noon. We ask when it feels worst, then plan the visit and the routine around that.

Two estheticians

Licensed esthetician
Moses opened Whisker for people who shave every day and have never asked anyone about their skin. He does the skin checks, most first visits and the Tuesday to Friday evenings. He speaks English and Spanish.

Licensed esthetician
Darci does the long facial with extractions and keeps the Saturday mornings. She works slowly, talks only as much as you want, and writes the routine card by hand.

No. Come as you are, shaved that morning or not. Tell us at booking how often you shave and with what, and we'll plan around it.
The skin check alone is 20 minutes. Facials are 30, 45 or 60 minutes, and a first visit with both is 60. Every service on the menu lists its own time.
Yes, once, before your first facial. It's how we learn your skin and your routine. If you come back after a long gap, we start with a short check-in.
The menu starts with shaved skin because that is who it was planned around. Anyone who likes a quiet room and a short, plain visit is welcome.
